Janet Jackson tweeted a photo with Rihanna after the Fashion Awards in London on Monday night (Dec. 2), where Jackson awarded Rihanna with the Urban Luxe award for her Fenty brand's success in sportswear. Naturally, the Navy began tweeting at the two of them in full force, begging for a collaboration.
This isn't the first time members of Rihanna's dedicated fanbase have demanded a collab from their idol. In the almost four years since the release of the singer's last album Anti, fans have made many speculations about the potential collaborations that Rihanna's ninth album could hold.
After Lizzo revealed to ET in August that Rihanna DM'd her about her MTV VMAs performance, fans swarmed both Rihanna and Lizzo's mentions asking for the two to release a song together.
Additionally, when Rihanna was spotted hanging out with Blackpink's Jennie Kim in September, fans went wild, tweeting that they needed a "Rihanna x Blackpink collab ASAP."
Even Stylers have been holding out hope for a Harry Styles x Rihanna song since 2013, when the two posed for a photo together at the VMA's.
