ModCloth's New Sweatshirt Wants To Encourage More Women To Run For Office

In honor of Women's Equality Day, commemorating the Nineteenth Amendment that allowed women the right to vote, ModCloth is encouraging women to run for office with a limited-edition sweatshirt. The retailer announced its collaboration with She Should Run this morning, with 100 percent of each item sold going toward the nonprofit that promotes leadership and encourages all women to run for office.
According to a press release, "the sweatshirt rallies the ModCloth community to support She Should Run's mission to expand the talent pool of women running for office in the U.S. by providing community, resources, and growth opportunities for aspiring political leaders. ModCloth has always championed the idea that empowered women empower other women." Designed by artist Steffi Lynn, the dark green sweatshirt has "Elect More Women" printed on the front and is available in sizes XS to 4X.
