Premiere: Listen to Love Thy Brother's "Arrested"

Love Thy Brother, an electronic duo consisting of Canadian brothers Conor and Liam Clarke, are back with new single "Arrested" featuring Norma Jean Martine. The 80s-inspired track, co-written by Sia and Paul Epworth, is a catchy, synth-pop masterpiece. As Norma Jean Martine croons lyrics "I could get arrested for what I'm thinking right now" over a moody beat, we can't help but experience feelings of nostalgia and romanticism.
As this is their first song in over two years, Love Thy Brother hopes the new material feels "organic and real and not at all like they came out of a computer."
“Lately I’m inspired by a lot of anthemic, over-the-top stuff from the ’80s—music that gives you that driving-at-night kind of feeling," said Liam Clarke. "I like the idea of harnessing that feeling and bringing it into this era, but in a way that feels really raw."
Previously remixing songs for singer-songwriters such as Lana Del Rey and Banks, the duo are finalizing their transition from successful producers to timeless electronic artists with this fresh bop.
